The Effect of Alay Language on Teenagers Toward Indonesian in Social Media

Language is part of culture and language that enables the development of culture as we know ittoday. Language can also play a role as a tool for social integration as well as a tool for socialadaptation, this is because the Indonesian nation has a pluralistic language. The language ofAlay is a typical language of teenagers (the words are changed in such a way that it can only beunderstood among them) that can be understood by almost all teenagers in the country whichare reached by the mass media, even though the terms are developing, changing and increasingalmost every day. language alay is a language that has a unique term, while the second definitionis made clear again that it is teenagers who use the language and the language will continue todevelop. As for the characteristics of the Alay language , the factors supporting the rise of theAlay language among adolescents, the influence of the Alay language on Indonesian and theimpact of the use of Alay language.
